Orchard and Quarry Cottages
Highgate Holiday Cottages are converted from a 19th century barn and stables

Both Orchard and Quarry cottages are beamed and have oak and ceramic floors with under floor heating through out. The Cottages are decorated, furnished and equipped to a very high standard.

The cottages have the benefit of a private terrace overlooking the trout pool immediately below, and lovely lawned gardens beyond

Orchard Cottage (sleeps 6)

• 1 family bathroom with shower over bath (power shower)

Quarry Cottage (sleeps 8)

• 3 double bedrooms upstairs (1 double can be a twin room)

• 1 double bedroom downstairs (can be twin room)

• all ensuite, 1 with bath 2 with power showers

• downstairs ensuite is a wet room (no shower tray)

• heated towel rails in all bathrooms

• Fully fitted kitchen

• Dining area

• Sitting area, french windows to terrace

• Cloakroom

• living area all one level (very suitable for wheel chair)
